Work I’m Drawn To
Leadership
For me, leadership has always meant stewardship. It requires holding vision and detail at once, and navigating uncertainty without losing sight of the people doing the work. I try to lead in ways that feel steady, transparent, and accountable.

Public Space
Public art has long been one of the spaces where I feel most at home. I am drawn to projects that respond to history and context, and that invite artists to think deeply about place. I care about work that creates multiple ways in, where someone can encounter it and feel recognition, curiosity, or connection.

Resourcing
Resourcing has been a consistent thread throughout my career. I have spent years helping move funding and opportunities toward artists and organizations in ways that feel thoughtful rather than transactional. Stability gives creativity room to breathe. When artists and institutions feel supported, they can take risks, think expansively, and build with greater freedom.

Creatives
I do not see creatives as vendors. I see them as cultural architects. Much of my work has centered on helping create conditions where creatives have space, support, and respect for their expertise. When creatives are valued, the work deepens.
